Recently sold for a record-breaking $119.7 million, The ‘Spelling Manor’ is one of the greatest properties in the US, and quite possibly the world. The mansion sits on nearly 5 acres in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles.

Built in 1988 for the most prolific television producer Aaron Spelling at a cost of $12 million and designed by James Langenheim & Associates in the French chateau-style, the Manor is the largest home in Los Angeles County.

British heiress Petra Stunt, daughter of Formula 1 racing magnate Bernie Ecclestone, purchased the 123-room home in 2011 for $85 million. She purchased the home in an all-cash deal at the age of 23, and invested an additional $20 million to remodel.

In 2016, Petra listed the property in for $200M and it sold in 2019 for 119.7 million, breaking a record for the highest selling home on record in California.

With 123 rooms, the Manor totals 56,000 square feet of space. There are 14 bedrooms, 26 bathrooms, multiple living rooms, four bars, and three kitchens. Amenities include a screening room, gym, bowling alley, three rooms for wrapping presents, a flower cutting room, wine cellar, library, four two-car garages, tennis court, and outdoor pool, The parking lot has space for 100 vehicles and there are an additional 16 carports.

It was previously described as the "greatest entertainment house ever” with Candy Spelling recalling how “all the stars came through” including Jackie Kennedy, Prince Charles, and “every star from every one of Aaron’s shows.”
