Constructed in the early 19th century, the château reflects a Palladian style adapted to French classicism. It occupies a site below the remains of a fortified structure dating to around 1470, once held by the same family. The south façade is defined by a symmetrical seven-bay layout centred on a triangular pediment, drawing on the proportions of classical temple architecture.

Internally, the structure retains original elements including vaulted ceilings of approximately 3.5 metres on the ground floor, parquet flooring with areas of marquetry, and stone flagging in select rooms. The layout includes multiple reception rooms, including a double salon on the first floor with herringbone parquet, a marble fireplace, and decorative ceiling detailing.
