Soria is a historic hacienda and textile factory in central Mexico, located 30 minutes south of the colourful colonial-era city of San Miguel de Allende.

The 16-room hacienda comes with its existing antique furniture, and offers total privacy within its walled grounds, featuring lush landscaping and French-style gardens.

Still a functioning mill, Soria produces some of the world’s finest cashmere in the world utilizing the mill’s antique machinery. The community spans 9 blocks with 247 modest homes, originally housing for factory workers, and 9 spacious villas used to house distinguished guests over the years.

Purchased by a French company over a century ago, Soria became an artisanal community as the town developed around the factory, with its own water treatment plant, town church, commercial and recreational spaces, and undeveloped green spaces.

The sale of the 116 acre estate includes a turnkey master plan from the city of Soria, providing opportunities for hospitality and commercial enterprise, ready to be purchased in whole or in parts.
