Founded by brothers Archie and Monty Berrow, Berrow Projects crafts contemporary homes with no compromise on luxury by seeking out and developing what they call “uncut gems”.

Casa Marés is located in the picturesque Mallorcan village of Sóller.

This Belle Époque 3-bedroom townhouse features a lush, private garden with South-West facing views over the Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO world heritage site.

The oasis is complete with a salt-water swimming pool and a rooftop terrace, overlooking the “valley of oranges”.

The village of Sóller was largely developed in the 18th century, following the discovery of the benefits of Vitamin C and the rise of the citrus trade.

It was during this influx of wealth that many of the buildings were built, designed by Parisian architects and featuring fine materials shipped in from all over the world.

Casa Marés was one such “town garden” property, built in 1900 in the desirable “La Huerta” neighbourhood.

The contemporary home has been reimagined for the 21st century, featuring modern luxuries and a timeless aesthetic that enhances its heritage beauty.
