Minimalist House in the Heart of the Atlantic Forest in São Paulo, Brazil

Designed by Studio Arthur Casas in 2022, Casa AC features a simple yet symmetrical design that seamlessly integrates with the natural world around it.

The use of continuous glass windows and cumaru wood throughout the house creates a sense of harmony between the interior and exterior environments.

Arthur Casas, the mastermind behind Casa AC, has long dreamt of having a house in the middle of the forest where he could recharge his energies. This dream is now a reality, and the house has become a showcase for his philosophy of creating spaces that are in total synergy with their surroundings.

With 36-foot high ceilings,, the house features a spacious and airy interior with two symmetrical cubes that embrace an open-plan design. The living room, kitchen, and office are all interconnected, creating a sense of flow and unity in the space.

Meanwhile, the elevated deck provides a panoramic view of the untouched fragments of the Atlantic Forest.

Casa AC is not just a beautiful home - it's also a tribute to the natural beauty of Brazil. It's a reminder that, even in the midst of urbanization, it's possible to create spaces that are in harmony with the environment.
