Located in the Catskill Mountains roughly two hours from New York City, Woodstock is one of the Hudson Valley’s longest-standing artist communities. Built in 1925 by local artist Paul Arndt, Library Lane is within walking distance of the village center.

Set in the Pays de Fayence, a cluster of historic perched villages in eastern Provence, the estate sits roughly 40 minutes inland from Cannes. The area forms part of the Riviera hinterland, where agricultural estates and hilltop villages meet the Provençal countryside.
