A 60-Acre Vineyard Estate in Mallorca Listed for €75,900,000

Set in the foothills of Mallorca’s UNESCO-designated Serra de Tramuntana near Bunyola, the estate sits within one of the island’s most tightly regulated rural landscapes.

A large-scale residential estate on the island of Mallorca is currently listed for €75,900,000 with Spain Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property is located inland from Palma near the municipality of Bunyola and occupies approximately 60 acres (24.5 hectares) of land within the protected mountain landscape in the foothills of Mallorca’s UNESCO-designated Serra de Tramuntana.

Spanish media have reported that Cristiano Ronaldo has previously stayed at the estate during visits to Mallorca.

Designed as a Compound

According to the listing, the estate comprises a total built area of approximately 6,809 m² (≈ 73,300 ft²) distributed across six independent residences. The architecture follows a Mediterranean style consistent with rural Mallorcan estates, incorporating natural stone façades, exposed wooden beam ceilings, and expansive terraces.

Three of the homes are completed and ready for occupancy, while three additional residences are under construction and expected to be completed in 2026.

The configuration creates a compound-style layout rather than a single principal residence. In total, the estate offers 29 bedrooms and 32 bathrooms.

Wellness-oriented amenities include a 20 m (≈ 66 ft) swimming pool and dedicated indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, including a sports court, fitness center, and outdoor calisthenics gym.

The property is described as offering views of the surrounding mountains as well as the bay and sea. Landscaped gardens surround the buildings, integrating the estate into its mountainous setting. A chapel-inspired structure is positioned within a cloister-style garden.

The 24.5-hectare (60-acre) estate also includes vineyard plantings and a climate-controlled wine cellar.

Setting

The estate is situated within the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized for its cultural landscape. The region is characterized by historic fincas, low-density development, and preserved natural terrain, contributing to its continued appeal within Mallorca’s high-end residential market.

Inland municipalities such as Bunyola, Santa Maria del Camí, and Alaró have historically been defined less by seasonal villas and more by agricultural holdings. These possessió-style estates combined residential buildings, productive land, and terrain within a single domain. Over time, many large estates have been subdivided. Parcels exceeding 20 hectares (50 acres) now represent a smaller segment of the island’s real estate.
