After 10 Years on the Market, the French Riviera’s Palais Vénitien Sells for €105 Million

Developed by Cogemad, the Palais Vénitien was reportedly sold by the developer to an Indian billionaire who was a former UK resident, and is now resident of Monaco. The Cannes estate first came to market nearly a decade ago with an asking price of €120 million.
