Set within the village of Nerola in the Sabina hills, under an hour from Rome, the 11th-century fortress underwent extensive restoration in the 20th century, preserving its medieval exterior while preparing it for hotel and event use.

The lush estate is a haven in the hills near Costa Blanca, a coastal region in southeastern Spain home to many Blue Flag beaches and boasting over 300 days of sunshine each year. 

Dating back to 1702, Hôtel Duquesne De La Vinelle is a fine example of the local ‘Tournaisien’ style popular in this region from the 17th to 19th centuries, inspired by Louis XV style.

A former hunting lodge, Manoir de Chaubuisson was built in 1893 and transformed in 1950 as a Relais & Châteaux property. Since 2000, the manor has been used exclusively to host business seminars and there is a possibility to obtain a license for a three or four-star hotel.
