By the 18th century, Villa Lesa housed the precious archives of Vasari, known as the father of art history, and later a collection of Napoleonic memorabilia belonging to its owner, the granddaughter of the Emperor.

On the market with Knight Frank, this renaissance villa won the Marchi Prize in 2002 as the best-restored villa in Tuscany.
